Order response

The message sent by a supplier to a customer as a response to the Purchase Order message (ORDERS). The purpose of ORDSP is an individualized notification of parts of the order that will be fulfilled (partially or in full) or any changes to the original purchase order.

The message is most useful for businesses that have a significant need for accurate and fast information about fulfilling of orders. Thus, it helps primarily the customer, who can receive a very fast feedback about availability of ordered goods. An automatic comparison with original orders allows the user to focus their attention only to orders that will have to be adjusted.
