INHOUSE format

Refers to non-standard format of messages that can be converted by the company information system (ERP). When communicating with other subjects, a message is converted from this format by EDI converter into standard or other required formats.

ORiON EDI solution for electronic data interchange automatically processes in-house formats of suppliers or customers, changes (converts) them into in-house format of their counterparts and functions also as a ‘postman’ between these parties.

Example:

An order issued by a customer in his information system will be, thanks to ORiON, automatically (and almost instantly) uploaded into the information system of a supplier. These systems do not need to be identical and each can use different in-house order format.
