Does iNVOiCE FLOW know its way around foreign language invoices?

Yes, the system automatically extracts and processes invoices in all languages which use the Latin alphabet, which includes, say, Lithuanian. Sadly, as of yet, it doesn‘t understand the cyrillic, Chinese or the Japanese kanji – so, invoice details written in these languages need to be entered manually and then forwarded for further processing.

How many users can log in to the system? Does the number of users affect the price of the service?

The number of users is unlimited and has no bearing on the price. It is up to you to decide how many people will be granted access to your iNVOiCE FLOW.

How much does iNVOiCE FLOW cost?

iNVOiCE FLOW comes with no price tag; its price can vary based on your needs, the functions you are using and the number of processed invoices. The price covers also the implementation analysis as well as the implementation itself.

Do you also offer iNVOiCE FLOW as an on-premise solution?

The service is only offered in the cloud. iNVOiCE FLOW is a simple web application, which isn‘t suited for use as an on-premise solution. Thanks to the cloud, the process of implementation is quick, the service can be accessed from any place and the system is automatically updated to the newest version.

Is iNVOiCE FLOW suitable for external accounting firms for processing received invoices from clients?

Yes, it is. In fact, we specifically recommend it for accounting firms.  

The process works as follows: the accounting firm allocates a unique e-mail box to each client, via which it collects all their documents. iNVOiCE FLOW automatically extracts these documents from the e-mail box and imports them into the relevant database in the accounting software. At the same time, the documents are saved to a secure digital archive, where they are can be easily found not only by the accountant or the client, but also by the auditor or the financial administration.

There are other options, too. For example, the accounting agency can implement a separate iNVOiCE FLOW for each client. We are happy to assist accounting firms in figuring out how to set up the system in the best way possible.  

Accounting agencies which use iNVOiCE FLOW can also offer digital invoice approval as an extra service.  

Do we have to get iNVOiCE FLOW complete with all its functions? There are some we won‘t have any use for at the company.

Before purchasing the service, each customer specifically chooses the functions they are likely to use. For example, if you are a small company which can only find a use for invoice extraction, you will get the system only with the invoice extraction function. As soon as you grow as a company and find yourself in need of additional functions, you can simply add them to your iNVOiCE FLOW. iNVOiCE FLOW is a modular system, which means that you can add or remove functions based on your needs.

Can iNVOiCE FLOW extract receipts?

Yes, it can, and not only them. In addition to typical invoices and receipts, iNVOiCE FLOW can automatically extract deposit invoices and credit notes.  

Is it possible to set up iNVOiCE FLOW for more companies at the same time? For example for companies that are part of a holding company.

Yes, it is, and our customers do make use of this option. We will assist you in setting up the solution for your holding during the implementation process.
